Korean, we like to boil them with a bit of water, or grill them-oh, don't forget to give their shells a bit of cut, i used to enjoy watching those nuts popping up and hit my forhead when i was little.<br />I don't care for chestnuts that much, but my late father loved them so much.He peeled them very neatly one by one out of the basket and used to feed his young children.
